After ordering the holiday apartment, we will send you a booking confirmation for the desired holiday apartment.
If, for unforeseeable reasons, you should not be able to adhere to the agreed rental period, we ask you to notify us in good time. We will try to sublet the apartment to other guests. However, if this is not possible, we must reserve the right to cover the loss of rent
There is no right of withdrawal for accommodation contracts.
Pets are not allowed in CariSSA holiday apartments.
The tenant is liable for items damaged or lost by him. Damage of any kind must be reported to the landlord immediately.
Please pay careful attention to the key the holiday apartment that you will receive on the day of arrival. In the event of loss, the entire locking system of the CariSSA holiday apartment must be replaced for security reasons. You have to pay the costs for this measure.
Please leave the keys in the apartment on the day of departure.
All apartments are non-smoking apartments and smoking is not allowed in the living rooms. In the event of non-compliance, all further damage will be asserted. Smoking on the terrace or balcony is permitted.

Bed linen on request per person: € 10.00
Towels on request per person: € 6.50
In the event of a cancellation
Cancellation is free of charge 14 days before the day of arrival. Cancellations or changes,
late or no-shows will be charged at 80% of the price of all nights.
The visitor's tax is to be paid separately on site and is not included in the travel price.
